What Integrative Coaching Actually Is

Integrative health coaching isn’t about motivation hacks, shortcuts, or one-size-fits-all plans. It’s about building a high-performing life from the inside out—mind, body, spirit, and habits working together.
 

My coaching is rooted in the 8 Pillars of Health & Performance: Think, Train, Lead, Feel, Fuel, Live, Connect, and Recharge. We use these pillars to upgrade how you think, how you operate, and how you show up daily. This is not a program where I hand you a list of tasks and disappear.

This is strategic, faith-backed lifestyle architecture. Together, we design the habits and systems that match your values, your goals, and the standard you want to live at. We attack one pillar at a time, stacking wins that sharpen your mind, strengthen your body, and elevate your lifestyle. The goal is simple: help you operate like the man God created you to be—disciplined, resilient, and fully aligned.​

About Me

I’ve lived the gap between who you are and who you know you’re supposed to be.

After serving in the Marine Corps, I got out and quickly lost my sense of direction. I drifted. I drank more than I should. I let my standards drop. I gained weight, lost purpose, and stopped recognizing the man staring back at me.
 

Changing my life started with rebuilding discipline—but it didn’t stop there.
I had to confront deeper wounds, unlearn old mindsets, and re-align my values with the life I wanted to lead. Once I committed to that work, everything shifted: my health, my confidence, and my entire trajectory.

 

That journey led me to the University of Health & Performance, where I gained the tools and frameworks to help other men do the same—men who want more than quick fixes, and who are ready to build a lifestyle that reflects their faith and their calling.
 

Today, through Kill’n It Coaching, my mission is clear:
Help men elevate their health, performance, and lifestyle through faith-driven discipline and integrative coaching—so they can lead themselves, lead their families, and live lives worthy of their God-given potential.
